The Bay Area Regional Vice Chair should empower, inspire, and lead
the region so that Republicans can build on their successes throughout the year.

Volunteers to effectively organize throughout the region, not just within their counties. Jason has organized and attended volunteer meetings throughout the Bay Area as Regional Vice Chair.
Candidates to get access to technologies that help them reach voters and donors. Jason has helped candidates get access to data and tools to help them call, text, and reach voters electronically.
County Committees to get out the vote by connecting them to state party resources, including training and data sources. Jason has worked tirelessly with county chairs and delegates to provide them with advice, resources, and training to get out the vote.

Good Candidates to run for local and state office, not just Congress. Jason has recruited over a dozen candidates to run for office in the Bay Area.
Local Donors to invest in Bay Area Republicans so that we can bring the fight to Democrats locally. Every dollar Democrats have to spend to defend Bay Area turf is one less dollar that they will spend elsewhere. Jason has helped raise over $150,000 for Republicans in the Bay Area in the past 4 election cycles.
Registered Republicans to vote early and regularly. We cannot expect to win races when over 25% of Republicans consistently fail to turn in their ballots.
Grassroots Volunteers to make a difference, and make sure that their efforts count. Jason has walked precincts and sponsored local initiatives in San Francisco, recruiting new grassroots volunteers along the way.

Leadership means speaking up for the Bay Area at the CAGOP meetings, even when it is not popular. Jason has done this and will continue to do this at CAGOP meetings.
Developing new outreach initiatives to our Asian and Latino communities, as well as to young people, women, and LGBTQ Republicans. Jason has worked with young Republicans, the Republican Women, the Log Cabin Republicans, Asian Republicans, and Jewish Republicans to build stronger networks within our party.
Training volunteers to deploy themselves and effectively use tools to reach voters. Jason helped train and connect volunteers on GOP data center and campaign sidekick in 2022.
Use Data to our advantage. Data is useless if not used effectively. Jason harnesses the power of data to help county committees better understand their voters and voting trends.
Election Integrity. Jason has been working on election integrity issues for a dozen years. He has served as a poll watcher, recruited Republican lawyers to observe the count, and has worked closely with the county registrar to identify errors in the voter rolls.
